Range of products: Eclectic mix of Pizza, steaks, pasta, burgers, sandwiches, soups, and salads. There are also lunch specials from 11am-3pm mon thru fri, and a kids menu for those 10 years old and younger.

Targeted Clientele: Everyone. It is a family restaurant with a bar. Lots of elderly customers as well who have been coming here for years.

Employees: about 45 total employees. Pretty high turnover rate, lots of college kids from the CIA and local votech schools. About 20 employees are steady and have been working for the company for over a year.

What sets business apart: Their comitment to the best food and service around.

Community: Fundraiser opportunities for local school children. Anyone can call them and set up a free pizza party for their class. The last group of kids were 2 1st grade classes from Hyde Park. They got a tour of the restaurant and got to make their own pizza anyway they liked. The most often remark from kids about their favorite part was not the food though, it was the huge walk-in freezer! They had never seen one so big. They also have Corporate sponsored fundraiser programs where organizations can get coupons for a meal at Uno's. Any customers who use the coupon on the designated day will get 10% of the total cost of their meal donated to that charity.

Arlington: He would like to see the downtown area revialized, and was excited about the waterfront renovations that are taking place.
